Council's Formal Declaration of Appointments

An appointment process was launched to fill two Council vacancies. This email serves as Council’s formal declaration of the appointments.

As per the Terms of Office (Bylaw 2.4), the terms of two regulated members on Council expire annually. The appointment process enables Council to fill the vacancies.

The Chair hereby declares the following appointed to Council for a three-year term running from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026:

Dr. Christopher Nutting
Dr. David Opresnik
